Founder: Claire Tailyour
Claire was a Producer at the BBC for many years before leaving in 2013 to set up her own production company Slackwire Films. Since founding the company they have made dozens of award winning documentaries and dramas. Credits include Life Death and Cheerleading, The Forgotten Girls of Dhaka and The Surrogates Club. Ruby's Skin starring Olivia Cooke (House of the Dragon) was screened at Sundance London and short film Belittled starring Kiran Sonia Sawar (Black Mirror) went to BAFTA qualifying Underwire Film Festival.
